What is it?

DiversiTour™ is a tour of any town or city where instead of visiting tourist attractions, you visit community organisations and receive Equality & Diversity training directly from those working with those communities.

It builds community cohesion by encouraging organisations of all types to work together in a radically new way.

There are 3 types of DiversiTour, namely:

1-Main Tour

The Main Tour is a Monday to Friday tour which covers the major voluntary organisations in a town or city. The M-Tour will include ethnicminority groups, faith groups, and communities of interest as well as infrastructural support providers.

2-Geographic Tour

Some customers only wish to learn about a particular geographic area, say the north of the city or the south. The G-Tour is set to fulfil the needs of companies and departments that need to meet leaders from a particular area.

3-Thematic Tour

A Thematic Tour or T-Tour is geared specially towards a group, e.g. if a customer wishes to learn more about women's issues, or BME communities or groups working with youth and so on.
